Back in 2014, on molten, I used to have an account with donator status. Reading back some topics in this Q&A I learned you used to be able to restore these accounts which now say 'account needs to be restored' on password/accountname retrieval or 'username still exists' on an attempt to create an account with the old name.
In the account/support extension I can only file a ticket for a ban appeal which can't be filled out if I'm not banned. No other options for ticketfiling are available.
Is there any place to go with this problem, if fixable at all?

You can still recover your account... Just make a ticket about your account like account name.... Email.. Etc... Some mod or staff will help you very soon....

It's no longer possible to recover accounts from pre-hijack. Players had over 7 months to do so.

When was the cutoff date? And how is it no longer possible? I just recently got back into private servers and had donated about 150$ on my account back before MOP release on Molten. That account is impossible to recover?
