Technical Bugged account creation

So my friend is trying to open an account and it doesn't seem to work.
each time he tries he just gets "page not found 404" and something along the lines "account wont be restored"
does someone know how to make it work? just trying to open an account HALP

You will get that message if the account name or email you have chosen was taken by somebody whose account was not recovered.
Although this is likely to be fixed in the upcoming weeks, for the time being every time you get this message you will have to try with a new username or email. Keep in mind that shortest or common usernames are most likely to be taken by these users.
