From time to time I get this or something similar:

Last seen: 7 hours ago from 54.148.231.248

I assume you have some misconfigured load balancer or reverse proxy, I don't really care since I know how to whois an IP address and not panic, but I guess most people don't, so this should be fixed.

I see this was moved from suggestions to support section. This thread doesn't look like asking for support. It's either a suggestion or a bug report. And since there have been threads about it and Edifice has posted there and knows about the problem already I would call it a suggestion to fix it already.

More specific description of the problem: when you log in game, get to realm selection but don't select realm, website will show logon servers IP (or something related to it) as your last IP, which often causes confusion and makes people thing someone else logged on their account.

I didn't think of it. You are right, the logon server is in Amazon. It's interesting, because this means the logon server has a master key to all web accounts then :-)

This IP only shows when the realm you're playing on crashes( at least for me )

Are you trying to log back in after the crash, getting to realm selection and only then checking last IP on website? In that case it's caused by what I wrote in previous post not realm crash itself.
