bodies on floor on neltharion

why is there a mass of bodies on the floor on neltharion ? do they ever get cleaned up? are the warmane staff aware it causes server lag for anyone not in the same region as the server?
i can already see people trying to de-rail this thread but can a reliable mod or equivalent comment on the issue?

i live in Australia and just connecting to the realms i have a 240 - 260 average ping (and no my internet is not to blame i see people on 80mb line speed internet with the same ping of around 250), when the bodies appeared my pings gone up to around 400, is anyone else having this issue?

if there is a fix for it can someone point me in the direction of it because after multiple search's of the forums im unable to find anything related to the problem
