ban for fraudulent payment

I got the same thing last night, and I'm still banned for fraudulent payment?! They took 20$ from my visa and BANNED me? I can't buy or do anything with the coins I bought last night. Why the ****?! This is a joke I'm so pissed, how on earth are they reasoning? Ok, this guy is paying us money, great let's ban him and make sure he hates us so much that he will never pay us for anything again?

ya i got the same problem , i donated and after the donation is done , i got banned for fraudulent payment after paying 100$ and the only answer i got is that ( getting back my money to the visa and unbanning my account ) but that never happened !
