stuck again

i opened a new DK becuz the GM didnt help me..he just teleport me to another place but i couldnt do anything or attack somthing.. it was like i was alone in the game..
no enemys and no npc's
and now im stuck again in the same place and in the same mission
and i didnt used the hearthstone..!!
my new DK name is Imthedeath
and my girlfriend is stuck too
her name is DeathVongola
pliz help us we want to play..

You have to restart and keep trying, the only thing you have to know while doing the DK starting area is NEVER, EVER use the teloport (use it just one time) or the hearthstone, unless you are in the final parts of the questchain where you have to retrive the Avernus, becuse you can't go back after that
