Technical Need some serious help if available

Hey guys, i have been playing on Molten/Warmane for about 3 years now.
i was a regular donator with over $1400 spent worth of coins on my account, after the whole crapstorm of the molten wipes.
i recovered my account about 3 times and yet still stayed and played here. i got a job about 10 months ago and have been unable to play games pretty much at all and what i have been playing is not wow
recently i have had alot more time to play so i said hmm why not play some wow, so i jump on my client put my details in and it says invalid?! i assumed it was just a typo but it kept happening. Went onto the site and still nothing, then i find out i had to recover my account AGAIN and merge it with my non existent AT account (never played there) to play my account, so i tried to do the steps only to find out the time to do so had expired over 6 months ago, without warning/any sort of effort to contact me and remind me to do so my account is now "gone" and i'm furious.
all that money, all that time spent, the loyalty. and you throw it away without even an e-mail
i would like either help getting my account back or some form of reimbursement for this.
There is no excuse for not helping me through this.

I just went through my E-Mail account as well and found pretty much all of the receipts and my old account's info
