Unsuccessful donation

I have tried to open a ticket but I couldn't, so i will try here.
I donated using Bank transfer yesterday. Almost 24 hours from the transaction, my bank account is charged and the money are sent and i dont have any coins. Can anyone help me or atleast give me a way to contact Warmane staff?

Donations with bank transfers can take 3-5 business days to be processed by Paymentwall. It's the slowest method, and that sort of delay is normal. Even to send money from PayPal to a bank account it can take days.
Do also note it's business days, so weekends and holidays don't count.

I was fooled by the sentence "it can take up to 30 minutes to receive ", thank you

That's 30 minutes after Paymentwall sends us their confirmation your donation is valid and not a fraud.
We ask for a 30 minutes period for our internal processing, but we can't be responsible for how long your bank and Paymentwall take to do their part of the transaction.
