Dungeon Que Times?

How long does a level 15 dungeon que take? I've been qued for agse and haven't had any que pops. Any advice?

most people don't bother qeuing at that level. your better off just doing quests.

You can try asking in general, I got a few lower level dungeons by being invited to groups while leveling as a healer.

What do you mean you queue for dungeons ? you do know that Random Dungeon Finder is disabled, right ?
You need to create a group of 5 players and walk to the dungeon you want to enter in.

You don't say which realm, so:
Wotlk Lordaeron - Dungeon finder disabled
Wotlk -
Cataclysm - Dungeon finder work but people are not in queue - long queue time
MoP -

For level 15 is better make group from chat - Global, General channel
