How are the woltk northrend raids going to be released?

Are everything accessible up to ICC, or do you need to have the achievement from clearing the previous raid?

or are the raids going to be released progressivly, with like half a year apart from eachother, like retail?

i'd like to have this question answered since it'd be kind of a bummer with every raid accessible.

It's going to be a progressive release, but we don't have time-frames to provide at the current moment.
