error creatin character

So I finally got home after a while and wanted to save some names, made 3 characters, and when I wanted to make my 4th (separate account even), it constantly says Error creating character.

Did I just hit a bad luck wall or something or is such issue ongoing? No big deal, im sure its gonna be fixed eventually, and I can play the other 3, but I find it wierd thats all.

Hmm seems to have been fixed, I guess its a random occurance or some prevention thing from the server.
