Do this mount can be used as grounding mount ?

Hello , my question is , do Life-Binder's Handmaiden can be used as grounding ? Do someone that already had her may tell me? Yesterday i saw a guy using Heart of the Aspects as grounding in a bg, than i thought that maybe the Handmaiden could too.
