    hello I want to report that my points were to zero in a week and when I now look was reset. I needed only 10 points to change faction and this aconteceu.porque I do not know if it was planned one week. thank you.

    votepoints where reset some weeks ago in preparation to the point system rework. There where multiple warnings to use up your points befor the reset. Now you need to earn them new. Check out the FAQ section.
