Can't find help anywhere

My WoW client wont save itself.

I open WoW, it opens in normal settings, like Fullscreen mode with all sounds on.

I change it to, windowed, ultra settings, sounds compleately off.
If I now close wow and reopen, it will go back go the normal settings again.

I have tried to close wow and delete cache folder, did not get me anywhere.

Most of you guys already know how to fix this, I just can't seem to find a post on the forums.

Make sure after you choose all of your settings to click the "OK" button. Do not simply close out of it or it will not save. Also, if you change your settings and force WoW to close it will also not save. Make sure you log out normally.

trying moving the wow folder out of your torrent download location. i had the same problem until i did that.

Make sure the WoW folder isn't "Read only", that should fix is (especially the /WTF folder)

Like Meneer said, you should uncheck "read only". you do this by right clicking on your wow folder and click properties. it should be in the first tab at the bottom.
