Unable to vote

Every time I try to vote, I get an error message that says I have no points to collect. I have been logged in and playing for more than an hour at a time.

I tried to go to the support tab after logging in and submitting a ticket but the only category there in the dropdown is Ban Appeal. Since I havent been banned, it wont let me submit a ticket. Looking for help to clear this up.

you need to have a total of 1000 unique achievement points in order to collect points now. if you're getting that message than you don't have enough.
