1. Joined BG And my grievous dagger dissappeared

    Can some1 please look into the matter for the love of what is holy since i got 2 contradictory responses and its hard for me to believe that this server doesnt do item recoveries :[


    Yesterday i bought myself a Grievous Shanker that i enchanted with Dancing Steel , farmed some honor and went to sleep , all good until today after like 2-3 more bgs, after joining another one , my dagger vanished...

    Altho i dont have any print screen while wielding the weapon, i can provide some other form of proof

    1st pic shows that i fully capped this week and the remaining 450 out of 2200 - 1750 (dagger price)

    GM's can also check that i currently dont own any other grievous piece (so i didnt buy anything else with conquest points)

  2. Things like these are handled through the ticket system on the website.

  3. i cant make a website ticket unless i use the ban appeal category and im not banned...

    If you can't make a ticket on the website, try one in-game.

    Thedrift said "auto-mailed". He didn't say that he would personaly restore your item. I belive they have an automated system that restores items for the most common item loss situations. For example i've found items in my mailbox when i tried to swich between 2 saved gear sets without enough bag space.

  7. i can see ur point and yes i guess thats what he meant... but still i cant believe that after the fail10 catastrophe they dont do item recoveries :/ :[

    any other guys ever had this happen where the thing just VANISHES !? ... :[
