Can't enter PoS and HoR after faction change

I've changed faction and now i can't enter POS and HOR because it needs to be done again the quest to enter , the problem is , that i did it with the Horde and now i cannot get the quest to enter any of these dungeons , in theory Jaine should give to me , but there isn't no quest to give.

go into fos and the quest should be in there for you to take. had to do this back before the moltdown.

the problems is ... it's not! i have the quest for halls of reflection wrath of the lich king , but i can't enter Hor because i can't enter PoS and over and over .

in that case make a ingame ticket and see if a gm can possibly give you the quest. not sure if that's something they'd do or not.

Have you tried picking up quest in front of Alliance bank in Dalaran?

You must take the quest of the bank. Not obvious, but that's the way.
