That is your standard Muti / Prep spec. There are, however, several talents than can be moved around. You can opt to not take Master Poisoner if you prefer the option to Blind your Envenom target (DP will break the Blind if you have the talent). Fleet Footed and Quick Recovery are both optional, though I would suggest you take at least one of them. You can drop points from Focussed Attacks AND Master Poisoner (or any of the other optional talents) if you want to get Dual Wield Specialisation and you are good at pooling Energy.

In short, there are MANY different options, with only a few core talents that you really need.

The core talents are: Lethality, Malice (you can drop one or 2 points here, as it only affects your Mutilate), Vile poisons, Improved Poisons, Cold Blood (very handy for securing a kill / forcing defensive CD's), Seal Fate, Overkill, Deadly Brew and Deadly Brew. The rest are all optional to some extent. You can even get 5/5 Cut to the Chase if you want to never have to recast SnD, but you sacrifice too much to get that imo.

There isn't much wiggle room in the Sub tree.

Envenom is a very flexible spec, you can tailor it to your comp / playstyle / opponents.

  5. Offbeat is making a very good point, I've been playing Assassination (a.k.a envenom/prep and lots of other builds) for a long time and he's right on many things. It's a very flexible spec but you'll probably need to test it to see what talents go best for you when you're swapping. If you're wanting to play arena's seriously, then you'll need to cater your talents to what benefits your comp the most.
