Having a Cloud Serpent but no Riding Skill

So, when I did the quests for the Cloud Serpent and got exalted, received my Serpent, I didn't really get the Cloud Serpent Riding Skill for some reason. I'd like to know is there some kind of way I can retrieve it or redo the quests ?

You need to buy it from Flight trainer afaik

No, when you get exalted with the Cloud Serpent order you get the Serpent and the Riding skill in a quest. This happened before the DDoS attack weeks ago
