1. Molten(warmane) doesn't want money? Or??

I am kinda pissed off just wanted to donate 100 euro and I am being asked for a damn verification to send *via mastercard* sorry but i donated this monday i think and it was all ok. Now I try to doante and I get this pesky pop up to send my paper document copies to watever and sh*t seriously?!?!?!?!?! I wanna give you money and you are making it so hard on me! WELL I HAVE NO IDEA where the hell I left my papers in all the mess it is around my home and I really dont feel like sending any copies...... wtf..........

"Payment system was blocked for you
The verification process we have in place is to combat fraudulent activity and to make sure there are no problems. We apologize for all the inconvenience this may have caused.

To verify your account, please provide us with the following documents:

    Account statement Securely upload file
png, jpg or gif image less than 5MB"

  2. That's called "fraud checking," is done by Paysafewall, and is something pretty ubiquitous in online transactions.

I did doante this monday as I said and it was all cool, now its problematic. wtf ...

  4. Purchased item Shadowmourne for 150 coins 6 days ago from (you dont need my IP) . To be more precise

  5. They just had me e-mail them a screenshot of my bank statement with my past Paymentwall purchases. That's a lot more convenient than physical mailing- maybe it's an option.

I did that verification and since then coins are instantly deposited into my account.

  6. I am not quite sure what to screenshot I use skrill and I pay via the master card option... would be nice to get some support on how the hell do I do that.. I mean I donated sunday or was it monday watever there was no such thing, I am not messing around I don't know how do that :d

Close, repeated payments can trigger fraud check warnings, since it's one of the ways people go about it with stolen cards and the like.
It might seem like a hassle, but as far as I know it only happens once, and in the end of the day is for your security too. You wouldn't be reacting like this if your card got stolen and the person who stole it was being asked to prove they were the owner, would you?

  8. I've been a contributor for 6+ years and the hassle I'm experiencing right now is beyond comprehension. This processing company Paymentwall is literally like a wall for payments. Support tickets are not answered for a long time not to mention their Better Business Bureau rating is monstrously abysmal. Telling me to be patient is doing little to calm my rage at this conundrum. For someone spending hundreds of Euros on your service I feel your choice of such an unprofessional and infamous (Source: BBB) processor to be extremely risky and alienating. I know you guys are doing your best to keep the server perfect but the donation process is cumbersome and I'm being polite here.

Still waiting for an answer or advice that would help me with this problem.

  9. I buy thousands of things each year internationally online with credit card and have never heard of such a terrible payment system. I'm hoping you are a special extremely rare case, else they should consider a much more superior payment system instead of paymentwall. Hope you are able to resolve yours, I cannot imagine how much money server may be losing if this is a common thing.

  10. I am definitely not an isolated case - most of reviews of this processor are abysmal. Faking their location to be San Francisco while they're based in Latvia and hiding their contact info.

After some thinking I may scale down my donation activity until at least some transparency and respect is shown.

Donating or not is completely up to you. But it is not us who should blame for the verification stuff, even though it is for your own security, it is PaymentWall. We just use their API and interface to manage transactions and trust them to do their best when it comes to keeping payments and user data secure.

Uh, that's a GOOD thing in this particular context. Think a little while about the efforts Blizzard makes against hosting providers, Twitch and anyone else associated with private WoW servers and you'll understand why.

I could give you the name of another private WoW server that makes you send them freaking BITCOINS and maybe you'd appreciate Paymentwall's service more. Paymentwall is very fast once you confirm your identity to them.

  13. They should have added Bitpay ages ago :( Warmane/Molten Fintech is at the stoneages

  14. Paymentwall is so horrible, please get rid of it asap, ive had this problem also. Shame that such a great server has such a bad payment system.
