Hello all! I just made an account today to try out the server since I have never experienced WOTLK expansion ever. I'm not that great of a WoW player as I usually like questing (I know, I've heard I'm weird), I like doing Dungeons, I have never ever Raided and I generally like playing Casters or Healers and I generally don't PvP so that I guess makes me boring.

Hi and welcome. There are quite a few that enjoy the Role Playing part of the game if thats what you enjoy. If u like questing and dungeons, than Lordaeron is for you. With x1 experience rate, you'll have plenty of time to do that.

I did make a character on Lordaeron, as I want to learn the way that particular expansion was played. Only thing that scares me really is the fear of getting ganked and camped. But, this server seems to have a lot more people on any other server site I've seen so I'm willing to get past my fear and just play the game how I want even I feel like it will take a million years to accomplish anything because I rarely have enough downtime. It's the main reason I let my WoW sub run out like a year ago.

If you never experienced WotLK, then Warmane is the place for you. :) Many people play PvE, so don't you worry. :)

That's good to know. I'm just hoping not to be called all kinds of crazy names because I might quest as a healing spec or not play as a more viable spec. I'm also hoping to find a social/casual guild eventually. I know most guilds are looking for highly active members and hardcore raiders. I hope to fit in some where.

Hey Mimi,

Don't worry about what others are saying, play the way you want to play, others wown't even notice you. Take your time, read the quests text, roleplay, go fish or cook, explore the world, admire the scenery. Level at your own pace.

Don't stress over ganking , it will happen. Usually there's no corpse camping unless you come across a frustrated kid. Just realise it's not personal, release, recover your body and move on.
Find a nice guild and run dungeons with your mates.

Thanks for the kind advice, I rolled an Orc Shaman to start. Hopefully, I find some questing buddies along the way. :)
