WEBS's Weekly Back-Up stuck at 99%

this is the 4th Week now that i can't download the backup it always loads until it reach 99% and stay stuck at that point until the next week, any Thoughts?

Thanks buddy, the problem seems to be related to having Characters on Warsong.

I am not so sure about that, 2 guys in that thread said they have no Chars on Warsong.

I have the same issue (stuck at 99%) and don't have a character on Warsong. The issue started when i created a character on Deathwing.
My guess is this : if you have characters on one realm , the feature works , but once you have characters on multiple realms, it will error :)
