Alright, what's up with the arena win/loss thing

Alright, so if you take a look at this picture, you will see on the left win 1-0 but on the right we have played 2 games when we only played one, it says we lost one, and won one, when in reality, we only played one game and that's it. Oh, and this is at night when arena's are like dead cause of my work schedule. So please explain this to me Warmane. Thank you.

You get an 'invisible' loss when you miss the queue or dodge.

Didn't miss and didn't dodge as you can see, we never queued after that cause no one else queued. Only us and some other team. They got rekt, and then this happened. Cause me nor my partner didn't get a queue. and we did not go to any cities.
