Technical Is there anything else i can do to fix my lag?

Hello,

Been playing here a while now but recently I have been getting really bad lag in-game. The problem comes in when I have the lag, my brother who i party with has none. In-fact he has never had any except if its server wide. I generally get it around 12 midday ST. It almost feels like the longer i play the worse it gets but my rig can handle the game at 60fps comfortably but no matter what i try when it starts i have to wait it out. Because of the timing i can't my guilds raids, or even enjoy playing during prime time.

I've tried different internet accounts, different router, changed LAN cables a few times even logged in on different pc's and still the lag is there. So I'm the only one on the network, while we are playing the same game (even in the same party), to get insane lag. I can't play on like this.
