So I'm closing in on the Worgen starting zone and the Battle for Gilneas City quest doesn't seem to complete and now after all the NPCs reset the dude on the horse isn't even here.

Is there like a secret way to get off the island by bypassing such quests or do I just have to wait around and pray that it works?
