Hi guys i just saw information about new voting system, so how can blackrock players gather some votepoints ? I know most of us prefers only PVP but imo saving some VP for later use mbe ? is there any way to gather some votepoints when you play only on blackrock ?

it is really hard to get 1k by playing only Blackrock, my main Chars on Blackrock ( 5 years old) have only 830 point, try to exp 1 character from lvl 1 to Max lvl on some blizzlike realm it will take around 30 hours ( not Lordaeron, too slow), by doing that you will get these 200-300 point that you need to reach 1k and unlock the votepoint collection I guess.

Agree. I just post this prob in new system topic. Its not fair to discriminate BR plyrs, they could come up with some new requirements for BR plyrs, like idk, HKs, prof lvl, rating... idk.

It would be useless, it is recently tourned out that Achievements gained in Blackrock-Warsong has no value for the Activity Rank System.

Joke apart it would not even be such a big deal if you consider that AT Core allows changefaction/race/name for free, the only problem is the Character Restoration, before of the Merge was free for AT players, on Warmane it is only for Point/Coins and with this last Change to the Point System AT players (or whoever come here to play only PvP Only) have lost a feature ( unless they start to play on other Realms to get at least 1k AP obviously)Edited: October 30, 2015

Well actualy my problem is almost same, its just i wanna revive my char from Lord. But since i only play on BR now, and need 2 more pts to revive char i cant gather it, and i wont start playing on DW again.

You wouldn't be able to anyways. Character restoration has always been limited to characters within 5 levels of the expansion cap (except for Tournament servers that had no restoration). Even if the current maximum level was being considered instead of the expansion cap, you'd need a character of level 55 to be able to restore it.

Are sure 100% sure that Blackrock-Warsong deleted Chars can not be restored?

Molten's Warsong didn't. Then came the merge with AT and a lot of whining about how people on AT were used to juggling deleted characters around like if it was the latest fashion. I used "had" because I don't know the current state of it, that not being an information I'm required to have to fulfill my moderation duties.

This is soooo NOT true. So, this is my story, so there wont be more cofusion. After i lost a lot of rating on BR, i decide to delete all my chars. And i did it. I had 2 chars on DW, first deleted their gear then chars so i be sure wont go back there. Also i had >>29LVL<< pala on Lord, ye, 29 lvl, not 55, 56, 57, 58, 59 or 60. Its 29. Had 18 vote pts to spend. And to be sure i dont revive some of my chars i REVIVED that 29 lvl pala. I guess it can be seen in my profile. Then i again delete that pala, so i left 8 pts, cant do anything with that amount. I did all that hot headed, and tomorrow i realised i shouldnt delete that pala. I dont regret for deleted DW chars, realm sux anyway, its just that pala on Lord and maaaaybe my main on BR. Its easy to start over on BR, but its not that easy on Lord. So that 55 lvl requirement for restoring char is just not true. I know u would say "well 29 lvl is easy to get again" but i wasnt just rushing quests and dungeons, i did much more. So i know u cant help me much, or change something cause ur just moderator, but i guess u could talk with head GMs and put this vote pts prob on table and maybe change those ridicculouss rules. Anyway thx for answering to my posts, that means a lot to me. Also sry for my not perfect english, but i guess u catch all i wanted to say. Cheers

It could be the case that Edifice changed the character restoration rules with the new point system without letting us know. I'm going by how it had always been for years on Molten and then Warmane - you could only restore characters within 5 levels of the cap, and only for a period of 30 days after deletion.
Either way, the point system doesn't has any problems. You have to realize that the system not favoring you doesn't intrinsically means it has problems.

But you are ****ing us PvPers in the *** by making an achievement point requirement on a PvP realm..
It's the same thing on Warsong too, people want to obtain their transmogs but why should we be FORCED to play on a PvE realm and do PvE stuff for weeks or even months in order to get all those achievement points, and then still have it take over 10-15 days to obtain ONE piece of transmog..

You're not forced to play on a PvE server, just like you're not forced to use transmogrified equipment - you want to.
We're not forced to give people free points to get free stuff, but we are doing it, and so also setting the requirements.

Ohhh thx for ur kindness, free points. So im also so kind to play on ur server, but i dont have to, and all this ppl. Is that logic? No it isnt. U cant say " hey we r so fcking great that give u FREE POINTS", and when we requesting some normal requirements u continue with ur story about how we r problem. U can write 1000 posts explaining how vote system is correct, but we as consumers tell u its not (talking about PvP realms). Its like u set requirement for PvE servers that plyrs have to get 8k achie pts just to get any vp. 1000 on BR is just not real, and dont try to convince us that it is.
So when all plyrs from PvP realm complain about something, u have to understand its like that, there is a problem and thats it. Thing is do u want to fix that problem or not. I would be more satisfied if u tell us honestly "guys we wont change anything cause we dont care about PvP realms and plyers that play there", not telling us how everything is alright from ur side, and we r making drama for nothing.

ya but you are basically saying "if you don't play on OUR pve realms, **** you, you aren't getting anything nice" by going this route and not allowing us PvP players to get anything.
It's not like we have any options to go grind it from dungeons or raids like the ones who actually play on PvE realms, so how does this make sense in any way?

Guys but... have you read my post in this thread ( I mean the fourth thread's post)? the Achievemnt Point gained in Blackrock-Warsong HAS NO VALUE for the New Poin System, so even if you guys manage to get 1k Achievement Points here on Blackrock you guys will STILL GET NO points.
PS: the Caps is not as "yelling" but to help to read correctly.
