Turned in quest before DC

I just turned in quest and got DC, when I came online again the quest was gone and the exp that quest gave me before DC is lost.
I know I should write this on bugtracker but the thing I want to know is:
Doest that mean it did not count towards Loremaster achievement also?
Anyone know?

Eventually it's all lost, as it seems there to be a rollback everytime the server disconnects.

You just lost the xp and gold gained, the quest you completed will count towards the Loremaster ach as its saved upon completion
