Worgen starting area bugged quest

Hello there is a bug in Worgen starting zone later when u reach lvl 13 u get quest save the children and one children to save is bugged and you cant level up any longer Can somebody help?

PS Warlock with human is bugged there is no first quest with human warlock first quest works with other classes\
