can you specify a suffix in shop?

For gear that is available in the store as a suffix ("of the _____") can you specify which type you want?

for example, if i want to buy a twink item Charged Gear of the Eagle can i specify that i want it of the eagle, rather than monkey/bear etc.?

In the shop i just see it says 'random bonuses' or something along those lines.

Please let me know how i can buy specific suffixes and then you can take my money :P

I'm not sure but I think if you buy one of those, you don't even get the random enchantment at all (the "of the" part).

You do in Cata, I've done it myself with my twink, it is a risk though hoping to get the one you want.

I'm not sure about MOP or Wrath however.

If the item is from the Vote Shop then no, regardless of any outcome, there is no support for it.

There is limited support for the Coin Marketplace however but all issues must be dealt with within 24 hours, and there is limited usage on the service.

Your best bet, just keep and eye on the AH if you are not on Cataclysm. Since it's only really green BOEs which have random stats.
