Technical Account Problems

I have a problem, and i don't know how to solve it. A friend of mine downloaded a copy of WoW, Mists of Pandaria, from here, and i copied his game to my computer. And after getting an acc, setting everything up in the game, I logged out to set up some addons and when i logged back into the game the settings ( graphics, key binding, everything ) was just as before my own settup. So i went into the folder and saw that there is this folder called WTF and in it I found my friends profile folder. I think that's the problem. I tried deleting his acc folder, hoping that the game would create a new folder of my acc, but it didn't. Also Addons settings (like dominos) don't save probably because of that. Is there anything i can do? Help please.

right click on the MoP folder>Properties> disable "read-only"

I can't disable "read-only". I have the admin.
