problem with points

hello i was playing on this server this summer everyday after i loggined i collected points now im back but i cant do this did you disabled this reward?
i get this error "You do not have any points to collect."

now you need at least 1000 Achievement Point with 1 Character in order to start to collect new point.

However Achivement Point gained in Blackrock-Warsong have no value for this System.
