Naked Transmog

I'm a new player and was wondering how all these people are running around with gear on but look naked? How does one achieve this? Any help is appreciated.

It's not a tmog feature, although staff members did once point out that they're considering adding the "nude tmog". Sadly, it's not in the game (other than on Blackrock) yet.
What you're seeing now is just a visual bug that happens sometimes. Try relogging or restarting the game. Maybe clear cache aswell?
