WotLK Using CC in FoS

Last night we were on FoS HC, someone mad at us because we didnt use Crowd Control (CC) during clearing mobs.
On some other occasions, someone mad at me because I did use CC.
They said that this is not BG.

Please care to advice.

If anyone says that CC is only used in pvp then they've never played retail or any real pve.
There are trash mobs in every dungeon and raid ever made that you will have to CC, at least when they're working correctly or you don't over gear it.

If you're in a group where everyone have kinda low gear, bad DPS and/or there's noone who can constantly interrupt the bone volley (like a shammy with wind shear) then it's a good idea to CC the bone caster - it makes healing so much easier.
With a group of well geared ppl and good AoE DPS you don't really need to use CC or even interrupt, because mobs die so fast.

They're idiоts. CC is very useful in PvE, but most people don't even know how to use it correctly.

anyway, you can use it but with a good geared tank it is not really needed :)
