I put 10 stacks of 20 Golemblood Potions up on the auction house for about 2500 gold a stack. They all sold, and I got the "Pending" letter, but when I logged in today, all of the pending letters were gone, and there was no gold (or any letters except a few from selling Heartblossoms, and one from a staff that didn't sell) in sight. I'm really worried about this, cause those potions took forever to get the materials for, and that's a huge gold loss. If there is anyway I can either have the potions returned, or obtain the money, I would be extremely grateful. Thank you for your time!
(Edit: The character I was selling them on is my Night Elf Druid, Freskabri)
(Edit 2: The amount I sold each stack for was 2450. So in total, that's 24,500 gold lost.)

There would be no use of doing that since you won't get any refund for items or gold obtained in game. The only thing that can be done is posting on bug tracker and hoping it gets fixed. But that won't give any lost gold back.

I wish I had proof. I know I won't get my gold or items back, but if they could even look into the issue itself, I'd be happy. I knew I should've taken screenshots of my inbox when the money wasn't sent originally. But alas, I have no proof. So I guess that solves that. :(

No, we don't offer "refunds" of anything obtained in game.
You're playing on a private server. The most basic thing you have to accept when you choose to play on one is that bugs and item losses are liable to happen, and Staff won't make up for it.
