Character models from Warlord of Draneor - what, where, when?

Hi, everyone. Im quite new to this server (but not entirely new to WoW) Ingame i see often such message on game channel:
"Want to have new character models from Worlords of Draneor? Download the updated Wrath of the Lich King client from www.warmane.com/download" How to enable it? Where to find the option? Is it already on or it's just a message and it will be soon or... someday?

You can get that in download section though I'm not sure whether you can do it by patch.
