Buged item

hello i jost took the wand venomlord from second boss from tot 25 and it seems that the item cant be upgraded
tryed everything and nothing , can someone help me?

all you had to do was relog god dammit..

i did 20 times , delete cache too and still nothing

Some ranged weapons can't be upgraded, it's broken since launch of MoP.
