Hey there i just notice that my activity rank has been downgrade from Ambassador to Envoy. why is that? i have 2050 achievement point and account in good standing. Can any of the staff confirm this?

With 2050 achievement points you get 0.9 points, which is in Envoy rank. Ambassador starts from 1 point, which would require more than 3000 achievement points. If you had it then it was some mistake or rank requirements in points have changed, which would not affect the amount of points you get.
