WotLK What am I missing?

So, I wanted to start a new character for PvP. I made an Arms Warrior, now I'm slowly grinding Furious Gladiator armor, and hopefully soon I will get Relentless.

Now, since I'm new to PvP and my other characters were PvE, my biggest fear are arenas. I wan't to do minimum mistakes, by getting prepared for them. I followed tons of guides, got everything right about a warrior. Now, I must ask the initial questions:

-When do I use my trinket? (CC, stuns or anything else);
-Are there any macros that are required or extremely recommended?;
-Are there any addons I miss?;
-What class should my partner be?;
-When do I start arenas?;
-Can you give me some tips & tricks?;
-What should I be most afraid of as a Warrior and for my partner?;
-Etc.

I am not a War but:
1) when your are Cc while close to die ( so after trinket you cna use yoru survival cds and/or intervene to run form melee dps), or if your partner is close to die or if genrally speaking is a bad situation but do nto worry, you will learn everything by just palying and by making stupid mistakes, which is normal at start
2) I guess macros for spellreflect, changestance + charge/intercept, and macros for cc on focus
3) you can play without addons, but they might be useful like a tracker for enemy cds ( spell and trinket)
4) for fun any dps is good, for serius arena healer is better, any healer class have pro and cons I guess for war Rdruid and hpala are better, also Disci ( if he is really goo) might be ok
5) just do tons of skirmish so you learn what other class do in arenas, their playstyle but do not be scared to do Rated too, you are gonna suck but it is ok
