Donation issue

Due to a lack of a better place, I'll put this here.

I went through all the necessary steps, but when I submit my information, it comes back with "Transaction Wasn't Complete!". I've tried twice now, both times I've checked and double-checked my info.

Ideas? Help? Or will it never accept a credit card with USD on it?

Also, I've tried opening a support ticket- but the only option is Ban Appeal. Go figure.
