I have a charecter on lich king on server deathwing,and i want that charecter to transfer to server Lordareon...so is that possible?

No, and it won't ever be because Lordaeron is designed to be as blizz-like as possible. If a transfer were possible, all gold and easily obtained items would mess up the economy and the balance of the Lordaeron server.

Look at the differences between the coin marketplace of the two realms and you'll see.
