Bad Decision - Delete a character

Hello, some days before i make a bad decision, and decided to delete my charcater call " Niccii" (Femal Human Warrior 70 ).
Now i think it wasn't the good idea to reduce my playing time and i want to know if is it possible to get back my character ..

on which realm? there is a Character restoration tools on the website that shuld work for mac lvl Chars or at least 10 levels under max lvl ( as far as I know)
So, theorically the range lvl should be:
70-80 for Wotlk.
75-85 Cata
80-90 MoP

Select Expansion, set Currency as Poin or Coins, set service as Character restoration

EDIT: I have just noticed that at the Store there isn't Character Restoration feature anymore, and not even Free service like Character Unstuck.. it is just me?

Yes i don't know how to do ... If GM can do it .

ye, it seems they have just splitted "Service" away from the "store"
so, as I said before, "theoretically" you can use that "Character Restoration" tool for Points or Coins if the Chars was at leats 10 levels under max level, maybe they have not actived yet for Lordaeron.
I suggest you to PM a GM (here is a list http://forum.warmane.com/group.php?groupid=127) or Open a ticket in Game to know if is possilbe to restore a Character lvl 70 on Lordaeron

it's 5 levels under max, not 10.

I find the solution , i needed to create a char with the same name and check the " Services ".
Character Restoration is available in Coins and Points : i have 0 points and can't get it and it's 10 Coins , with 1 Coins = 1 € , so 10 € the mistake .
Not for me it's too expansive
