Unbalanced 85-89 bracket

This 85-89 PVP bracket is extremely Unbalanced.Like in a battleground 90% Horde players are full-BIS twinks and only max 1-2 alliance twink or sometimes even not.It's no fun gearing up for that bracket as alliance,even with full gears because of low team u lose every single bg.so guys my humble request is please make it a bit more balanced a.k.a we need more alliance twinks.This bracket is really active atm but need some balance to make it perfect.#happytwinking

Balance is about 3v3 ,not bg's, nor even low level bracket..

Because they lose the majority of lvl 90 Bgs, so they twink in low lvl bracket for have some victories. In the old Stormout was the reversed.
