Technical Fair or not fair?

Got banned few days ago, cuz i wrote on global i want to trade acc for coins. Didnt know it's forbiden, never heard something like that is forbiden. Ofc if i knew it's forbiden i would never do that. Im active player got 3 acc here, play every day, spend 30 hours of leveling mage, spend 130 more to gear him up, and they ban him, cuz of that. And that's permanent ban? REALLY? PERMANENT??? HUCKERS GOT BAN FOR 7-10 DAYS, AND PPL WHO DIDNT KNOW SOMETHING GOT PERMANENT BAN? I dont agree with that, and im really disapointed. Atleast they should give some warning like ,,IF U DO THAT AGAIN U WILL GOT A PERMANENT BAN'' or atleast ban that acc for 7-10 days even 15 days it's ok, i agree.

If you didn't read rules it's your own fault. Account trading is not allowed. If you try to sell your account it means you no longer need it so instead of letting you sell it they give permanent ban. You can try to make ban appeal using support system on website.
