Who is the most powerful individual in World of Warcraft lore wise? Any other notable individuals? Any groups worth mentioning?

It will either be Aman'Thul, the Patriarch of the Titans or the Unknown Prime Old God.

On a serious note, it's most likely Sargeras, as he was the warrior titan of the pantheon and it's most powerful champion before going demonic. It is said that his presence alone would burn Azeroth into the abyss.

It's been stated before that if the old gods were unleashed that even Sargeras would fear death, an old god is stronger than a titan supposedly when fully out of its prison and whatnot. It took many to contain them.

It would have to be whichever is the strongest old god, and it would also have to be free and able to regain its power.


Or if we want the Metzen answer, green jesus can defeat everything, somehow. Just needs some prep time or a cinematic

In a toe to toe fight against a single old god i think Sargeras has the advantage, and that’s only because old gods aren’t really that good in martial arts.
But…
The Old Gods are masters of corruption, and Sargeras was corrupted by the filthy skittish Nathrezim. The Old Gods are...well, far beyond the mental capacity of those hoofed vampires.

Also, it took many combined Titans to defeat a singe Old God. They had to work in a group to defeat gods one by one. They wouldn’t have done it if the gods were united.

Yes, Sargeras is the most powerful of the Titans, but that doesn't mean he's so far beyond and ahead of the rest that he could beat an Old God. Well maybe he could beat some of them, but probably not the strongest ones (N’Zoth fought 2 other Old Gods simultaneously). He does not even wield Gorshalach (the most powerful weapon in the Universe) anymore, just a broken piece of it.
Anyways, nobody knows exactly how powerful Sargeras or Old Gods are, especially in comparison to eachother, all we have are just speculations.

Also my thoughts are that the Old Gods want Sargeras to come to Azeroth, and then corrupt him, so he can free them, and then defeat the rest of the Titans with him as their puppet. Or something like that. :D

I'd argue Aman-Thul is the strongest being in the Universe. He possesses the ability of manipulating time while also being the older brother and superior to Sargeras.

I'd say it's all together. I do not think Sargeras would bother going against us unless he sees us as an equal, and by the time Blizz goes that far obv we will be equal to him. Also true he is afraid of the Old Gods. But with us being able to imprison many of them already... We have faced pretty much everything already, how many "levels" higher we are now compared to what we were when Broxigar used his weapon against Sargeras, we have faced dragon aspects and altho it will take time for Pandaria to heal, we have proven to be stronger than Titans as we were able to destroy an old god. I'd argue we are about to reach a point we find a completely new enemy, non-BL non-OldGod releated or we become our own enemy. Or maybe we find out the truth about how Azeroth and all worlds around us were formed, it not being titans or old gods originally (like they actually came later) and they decide to retake the world for some reason?

So the strongest is the one who created gods&titans(and bascilly everything),just imagine someone having absolute power,and he is just enjoying the ''show'' alliance fighting horde and titans fighting gods... since bad people and good people have a common ancestor :))
