    Reporting a cheater

    Ok, so I just caught a cheater flying around. Where should I report him? Or what should I do? I also have an image about the cheater.

    Unfortunately the Staff is too busy holding pointless events which reward 3 players with useless crap than to run around for 15 minutes and catch a fly / speed hacker / BG afk'er / People PvP'ing in Sanctuary's and not-so-well guarded neutral hubs every 22 seconds.
