Stuck at 83 lvl

I have a problem i can't level up anymore
1.Can't find any quests
2.Deepholm is bugged
3.any help would be nice
83 lvl orc warrior

Assuming you are playing on Cata.
1. Never go to Cata zones before you reach level 82
2. Stick to Mount Hyjal quests
3. Always start quests from quest board in Orgrimmar/Stormwind

if you are playing on Neltharion the go Orgrimmar and take the quest "Warchief's Command: Uldum!" from the Capital's Board.
if you are playing on Frostwolf then to go to Uldum you need to do a Quest chain. It starts from this quest: http://www.wowhead.com/quest=27953/the-reliquary The npc is located in Deepholm
