Stuck on Lost Isles

I don't know why but my character, instead of tp to his heartstone location, arrived on the Lost Isles. Now i can't go away from that place (even the character unstruck support service teleport me to Warchief's Lookout)

you need to open a ticket in-game, only gms can save you.
It seems it's a common bug
