Is "Strenght of one" quest bugged?

I walked around all azuremys isle Many times without finding the intact cage. If it is bugged, how can i learn defencive stance as a draenei warrior?

Ps: my server is deathwing, wotlk

I do not see any reports about thsi bug on Bugtracker (https://www.warmane.com/bugtracker) so try to wisp some warriors in-game and ask to them.
