Bugged in undercity :s

Hello, i got my character bugged in the undercity, everytime i try to enter on the char my wow goes down and i cant enter the game :s can u tell me what to do our do something pls?

post a screenshot of the Error, meanwhile use the Unstuck tool from the website, it will take your Character to your Hearthstone location.
From the website go into My Account>Services>Select Expansion + Character>Set Currency:Free>Character Unstuck tool
