Questions about Lordaeron server and proposal

Hello. I`m new on Lordaeron. I need answers for my questions. Please, help me as fast as possible.
1. If someone ''delete'' wrong character on Lordaeron then is there any chance to reset this character? if yes, is it free or by money?
2. How did you get 80 on Lordaeron? I can`t believe this. Can you give me some advices? I tried to get 80 here and after I got 40 I surrended. Server is very hardcore. I must kill mobs with 2-4 lvls higher. RDF is disabled and making groups make no sense, because it give small experience and it`s slow, so doing quests is better. Idk how did you get 80 and I really want it, because server has the highest population in all private servers.
3. I have a proposal for very experienced player. If it`s possible to hit 80 lvl from 1 lvl by doing ''double quests'' (I mean in party with one guy) then I have proposal. I will pay money for someone who will help me to hit 80, because as I said I tried to do it alone and hit 40 then I surrended. Who knows... If I didn`t delete my character I would have a chance to hit 80 because I`m good player, but I did it.

1. No.
2. Just do quests and dungeons, it's not hard, just time consuming.
3. You can feel free to ask in global if some1 is willing to boost you, but as you stated that you dont have any real gold on your char I seriously doubt any1 will do it for as little as half of the quest revards because you can easily farm multiple times then what you would pay in a matter of hours.

I will answer only the first question, so it depends if warmane system saves character data after a character is deleted. My guess is no and there is no such function officially available, you can try to ask in personal message someone from staff who has the authority to access server data and if you are extremely lucky and that staff member happens to have free time and in good attitude to help you he might look into the subject and even if all these happens you will still end up with a 40 level character with nothing else, no completed quests, no items, no reputation...

There is a character restoration function, which can be used for 30 days with points or coins (not sure if the free grace period is active on Lordaeron), but it's only available for characters at least 5 levels below the expansion's cap.

As you said you were having problems with mobs 2-4 levels higher then I think I know what's your problem: you don't know how to level up in WotLK. Nowadays, in retail you need only to follow the quests that you get (i.e. Elwynn Forest -> Westfall -> Redridge -> Duskwood -> STV ... is more than enough to level). But in WotLK (or earlier expasions) you need to follow these quests PLUS go to other zones to level to avoid these mobs 2-4 levels higher.

I'll leave an example as a human until level 25, but it goes until level 58:
1-11 Elwynn Forest
11-12 Dun Morogh/Loch Modan
12-14 Darkshore/Westfall
14-16 Loch Modan
16-18 Westfall
18-20 Darkshore
20-22 Redridge Mountains
22-24 Ashenvale/Stonelaton Mountains
24-25 Wetlands

In addition to that, I recommend you to go all dungeons that you can (but only if you take 3 or more quests).
After you reach level 58-60, you can follow the zones Hellfire -> Zangarmarsh -> Terokkar -> Nagrand -> Blade's Edge -> Netherstorm/Shadowmoon Valley in Outland until 68-70 and Borean Tundra/Howling Fjord -> Dragonblight -> Grizzly Hills -> Zul'Drak -> Sholazar Basin -> Storm Peaks -> Icecrown in Northrend.

Maaan, you shouldn't have had deleted your char! as Obnoxious said, there may be some hope, but you need to be more patient!

However, what class do you play? On which side? If you're an hordie, maybe I can help you a bit with harder quest. There are lots of zones available for you at lvl 40... Stranglethorn (well, the bottom half to be precise), Feralas, Tanaris, Hinterlands (even though it's more on the 45-42 range).
